Our classes are designed for everyone—parents, teachers, caregivers, personal trainers, and anyone who wants to learn this essential skill. Taught by certified nurses, you'll receive hands-on, practical instruction that can make all the difference.
What You'll Learn:
CPR for adults, children, and infants
How to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
Choking relief techniques

When: Every Wednesday and Saturday
